Mixed-Use Chief Architect Drawings

I have completed the concept model for a mixed-use building in Chief Architect and now need it translated into a clean, professional drawing package suitable for both my clients and our local council submission. The native .plan file is ready; what I am missing is a set of presentation-quality PDFs that pull all the critical views together—floor plans, elevations and sections—styled in a contemporary graphic language.

The task is straightforward: start from my Chief Architect files, refine line-weights, hatches, annotations and page layouts, then export press-ready sheets that read clearly at A1 and A3 sizes. Keep title blocks, north points and scales consistent across every sheet and organise the set so council reviewers can follow the story from site context through to building sections. Source layers must stay intact so I can revise later if needed.

Deliverables
• Editable Chief Architect file with updated annotation layers
• PDF drawing set (floor plans, elevations, sections) ready for client and council submission
• A brief change log noting any adjustments made to my original model

Completion files will be considered accepted once dimensions register accurately, sheet naming aligns with council conventions and graphic style matches the contemporary look shown in my reference sample.

This project will be based on an hourly rate of $30–$40 AUD per hour for competent freelancers.
