Mixed Text-Number Data Entry

I need every word, figure, and symbol from my source material keyed flawlessly into a single, well-structured spreadsheet. The records combine narrative text with precise numeric values, so absolute accuracy and careful formatting are essential.

Source files arrive in different shapes—some are PDFs, others are straightforward digital documents—and I will forward them in batches. Whatever their form, the finished worksheet must be clean, consistently styled, and ready for sorting, filtering, and basic analysis the moment I receive it.

Deliverables:
• One Excel or Google Sheets file containing all provided records, arranged exactly in the order supplied
• Uniform date, currency, and number formatting throughout
• A brief log noting any illegible characters or unclear entries that required clarification
