Mixed-Data Excel Entry

I have a set of printed reports that combine narrative text with numerical tables. I need every line of information transferred faithfully into an Excel workbook so I can analyse and share the results digitally. The job is entirely manual: no OCR tools are involved, and accuracy is paramount because even a single misplaced character can throw off later calculations.

Here is how I picture the work flowing: each report becomes a separate worksheet, all text fields remain verbatim, and every number keeps its original formatting (including decimals, currency symbols, or percentages). Where the printed layout places headings or sub-headings, mirror that structure by using bold or cell shading—whatever keeps the sheet easy to scan at a glance. I will supply a template with example columns; you simply follow the pattern for all remaining reports. A quick data-validation pass (Excel’s built-in checks are fine) before you hand off the file will help catch typos.
