I hold a final judgment against two Mississippi corporations and time is of the essence. I need a skilled enforcement-collections professional who can quickly uncover every bank account, real-estate holding, and investment the defendants control in the State of Mississippi, then document ownership so I can move to levy and record liens without delay. Not willing to pay anything upfront until Collections Starts this is Guaranteed payment as the defendants are in Contempt.
Here is what I expect:
• Comprehensive skip-trace of all corporate bank accounts statewide, including current balances when available
• Full inventory of real estate—parcels, buildings, and undeveloped land—supported by property title searches that confirm legal ownership and highlight any existing encumbrances
• Identification of active investments (brokerage, partnership stakes, etc.) with corroborating financial records
• Clear, well-organized evidence packet with source citations suitable for submission to the court or sheriff
Primary verification methods: financial records review and property title searches. If corporate-registry data or additional public filings strengthen the case, feel free to incorporate them.
Speed and accuracy are critical; I aim to begin garnishment and lien filings immediately upon receipt of your report. Please outline your approach, estimated turnaround, and any regulatory constraints you foresee working inside Mississippi.
