Mirror Acrylic Spot Varnish Prep

I have a finished JPG poster that now has to run on mirror acrylic. Your task is to rebuild the artwork in Adobe Illustrator so every element sits on its correct plate:

• the mirror portions stay completely transparent
• a rich, solid-black print layer sits on its own separation
• a full-coverage gloss varnish plate is added
• and a second spot plate carries the detailed drop-gloss embellishments exactly where the design calls for them, not as simple blocks.

I will send over the printer’s reference PDFs that show how their spot-varnish and drop-gloss layers must be named and structured, so the final file drops straight into their RIP without extra tweaks. Once you’re done I need the layered AI file plus press-ready PDFs for each separation.
