Minor Update to Structural Drawings

I already have a complete set of structural plans; a few details have changed and I need a qualified engineer to revise the drawings accordingly. The scope is light—think tweaks rather than redesigns—but the updates must be reflected clearly and comply with standard engineering practice so the plans remain permit-ready.

You will receive the original CAD files (DWG) plus a PDF markup that highlights every item that changed. I’m looking for precise edits, updated notes where needed, and clean, printable sheets returned in both DWG and PDF formats.

Deliverables:
• Revised structural drawings with all requested changes incorporated
• Updated title block and revision date
• DWG and PDF versions ready for submission
