My site www.sitischristi.com was built the classic way—plain HTML, CSS and a touch of JavaScript—so I need a developer who feels at home working without a CMS. Here’s what I want to achieve in this small round of improvements:
• Updates page refresh
– Swap in new text and images that I supplied in the attachment.
– Make sure the layout still looks balanced on desktop and mobile.
I want to add the updates to the following update page using the existing website format: https://sitischristi.com/updates.html
• Instagram presence
– Add an Instagram icon in the header footer (wherever it fits best) and wire it to my profile.
• Simple newsletter capture
– A clear “Click here to get our newsletter” call-to-action that opens a small form or modal.
– When someone submits, I just need their email forwarded to mine; no fancy lists or automations yet.
• Donation flow
– Right now the Donate button kicks visitors off the site. I’d like the contribution form (same provider, same functionality) embedded so users never leave my domain.

• Plausible Analytics
– I have a Plausible setup but the data looks off. Investigate the tracking script, verify it fires on every page, and confirm events are reporting correctly.
Acceptance criteria
1. All new text/images live and rendering cleanly.
2. Instagram icon link opens my profile in a new tab.
3. Newsletter form sends a test email to me.
4. Donation page works end-to-end inside my site.
5. Plausible dashboard shows real-time hits from at least three test page loads.
