I need a comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for a proposed mining, energy, or industrial project. The study must evaluate both environmental and social impacts in line with national legislation and international lender expectations.

On the environmental side, the ESIA has to look closely at water, soil, and air pollution, examine wildlife, habitats, and protected areas, and account for waste, noise, and greenhouse gas emissions. Socially, I expect a clear picture of how the operation may affect local communities, livelihoods, health, cultural heritage, and overall well-being, backed by meaningful stakeholder engagement.

To keep the process clear, I will consider the work complete when the following items are delivered:

• Scoping report and approved terms of reference
• Baseline data collection (fieldwork summaries, lab analyses, GIS maps)
• Impact identification and significance matrix covering all topics listed above
• Mitigation and management plan with monitoring indicators, responsibilities, and schedule
• Stakeholder engagement log and consultation outcomes
• Executive summary written in plain language for public disclosure
• Editable source files (Word, Excel, GIS layers) and a print-ready PDF

Experience with IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, or similar frameworks is highly valued, as is familiarity with mining sector permitting. If you can meet these requirements and keep the narrative concise, data-driven, and regulator-ready, I look forward to seeing your approach and timeline.
