Minimalist Vector Seating Chart - READ BEFORE YOU BID

I’m looking for a graphic designer who can turn my seating-chart concept into a clean, minimalist piece of print-ready artwork. The final size must be 1000 mm wide by 2000 mm high and set up entirely in Adobe Illustrator as fully editable vectors so the printer can scale or tweak without quality loss.

You’ll receive a visual reference of the exact minimalist style I want you to echo—simple lines, generous white space, unfussy typography. All guest names and their corresponding table numbers will be supplied in a spreadsheet; no venue layout or additional graphics are needed.

I’m flexible on colours, so feel free to suggest a tasteful palette that complements a minimalist look, or run with monochrome if that suits the design best. Once we agree on direction, I’ll need a first draft for review, a round of refinements, and then the final Illustrator file along with an outlined-fonts PDF for the printer.

Deliverables:
• AI file at 1 m × 2 m, CMYK, vectors only
• Print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks

If this aligns with your skill set in Illustrator and minimal design, I’d love to collaborate and get this chart ready for the big day.
