Minimalist University Site & Printable Results

I need a clean, distraction-free university website built on the domain and hosting I already own. The visual style must be strictly minimalist—ample white space, one accent colour, modern typography—so content remains the focus and page weight stays light for quick loads on any device.

Core pages and content
• About Us – include concise University History plus our Mission and Vision.
• Courses – visitors must be able to browse course listings, run keyword searches, and open a dedicated page for each course with key details (overview, credits, prerequisites).
• Contact Us – straightforward form and the usual address, phone and email fields.

Special feature
A result page where students can enter an identifier and instantly see their results in a layout optimised for printing; no extra styling, ads or navigation—just logo, student info, grades and a “Print” button that triggers the browser’s print dialogue.

Tech notes
I’m flexible on the stack (WordPress, Laravel, pure HTML/CSS/JS—whatever you think fits best) as long as:
• the admin side lets me update content easily;
• pages are responsive and SEO-friendly;
• code is clean, well-commented and handed over in full.

Acceptance criteria
1. All pages load error-free on the live server I provide.
2. Courses can be searched and filtered without reloading the entire page.
3. Result page prints correctly on A4 with no cut-off elements.
4. I receive a short hand-over guide covering content edits and backups.
