I’m a beginner web developer and I want a sleek, minimalistic personal portfolio that looks and feels great on phones, tablets, and full-size desktops alike. The overall vibe should stay clean—plenty of white space, tidy typography, and subtle touches that let the content breathe rather than distract.

Scope of the site
• Pages: Home, About Me, and Projects, each with consistent styling and smooth navigation.
• Features: a working contact form that sends messages straight to my email and a clear “Download Resume” button (PDF).
• Responsiveness: fluid layouts, flexible images, and mobile-first breakpoints so everything renders nicely from 320 px up.
• Code clarity: well-commented HTML, CSS (or a modern framework such as Tailwind if you prefer), and vanilla JS or React—whichever you feel achieves the cleanest result while remaining easy for me to study and extend later.
• Accessibility & basics: semantic markup, keyboard navigation, and lightweight SEO tags so the pages index properly.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three pages load with no console errors in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
2. Contact form successfully delivers an email to the address I’ll supply.
3. Resume downloads instantly in one click.
4. No horizontal scrolling at any common device width.
5. You hand over source files plus a brief README explaining build steps and how to deploy.

I’m happy to review staged milestones (wireframe, first responsive pass, final polish) to keep us both on track and make sure the minimal look stays intact.
