I have a fresh WordPress install on Hostinger and I’m ready to turn it into a streamlined real-estate site whose single purpose is to generate quality leads. The look and feel I’m after is minimalistic—plenty of white space, crisp typography, no clutter—so visitors get straight to the information and the enquiry options.

Here’s what I need built:
