Minimalist Profile & Categories Page

I need a clean, distraction-free set of two screens: a categories page that neatly lists every service in a flexible grid, and an individual profile page that spotlights a freelancer’s picture, name, short bio, skill tags, and an optional portfolio gallery. Whitespace, consistent typography, and a muted colour palette drive the look; no heavy gradients or ornamental effects.

Responsiveness is critical, so both pages must load and behave perfectly on desktop, tablet, and phone. I am platform-agnostic: vanilla HTML and CSS, Tailwind, React, or a lightweight WordPress template are all acceptable as long as the finished code is easy for me to maintain and extend.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity design files (Figma, XD, or Sketch) with well-named layers
• Pixel-perfect, semantic front-end code matching the approved designs
• Brief hand-off notes that explain the file structure and how to add new categories or update profile details

Acceptance criteria
• Lighthouse performance score of 90 or higher
• WCAG AA colour-contrast compliance
• No console errors and consistent rendering on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
