I want a custom 3D game map built entirely in a low-poly, minimalist style. Think flat-shaded colours, clean geometry, and a clearly readable layout that keeps performance high on PC and mobile builds alike.

Scope
The final scene should feel cohesive and ready to drop straight into my game engine (Unity or Unreal—your choice, as long as assets import cleanly). I’ll supply a rough hand-drawn layout with points of interest; you translate that into terrain, paths, structures, props, and any simple effects that complete the mood. Because I specified a game map rather than a terrain-only or city-only piece, expect a mixed environment of open ground, built areas, and natural obstacles that encourage exploration.

Deliverables
• Complete scene file plus individual FBX/OBJ assets
• One material per colour where possible; no heavy texture work needed
• A single consolidated lightmap UV set (or auto-generated lighting ready for real-time engines)
• Scale set in metres so players move naturally at 1 unit = 1 m
• All files zipped with a clear folder structure

Acceptance
If it opens without errors, matches the layout I provide, and runs at 60 fps on a mid-tier device, we’re done. I’ll review a grey-box block-out first, give notes, then sign off on the polished pass.

Let me know which tool you prefer (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and roughly how many days you need for the initial block-out once you receive my reference sketches.
