I’m revamping my company blog so it does more than look good—it must consistently bring in fresh, qualified leads. The visual direction is firmly minimalist and clean: generous white space, intuitive navigation, restrained typography, and a palette that keeps attention on the copy and calls-to-action rather than on decorative flourishes.
Core objectives
• Guide every visitor toward a clear action—newsletter sign-up, gated download, or booking a discovery call—without feeling pushy.
• Make it effortless for me to publish new posts and refresh existing ones.
• Load fast on mobile and desktop, meeting current Core Web Vitals.
• Be fully SEO-ready out of the box and trackable in Google Analytics 4.
I’m comfortable with WordPress, Webflow, or another lightweight CMS if you can show it will scale. Whichever stack you pick, include an easy-to-edit template, modular block system, and short Loom walkthrough so my team can take over day-to-day updates.
Deliverables
1. High-fidelity homepage + post template mockups (Figma or Adobe XD).
2. Responsive build in the agreed CMS.
3. Lead-capture components: sticky header CTA, in-content opt-in, exit-intent modal (all connected to Mailchimp at launch).
4. On-page SEO essentials pre-configured (schema, meta tags, XML sitemap).
5. Final hand-off package: design files, CMS export, and a concise maintenance guide.
I’ll review work at mockup, staging, and pre-launch stages; once each is approved we move to the next. If this aligns with your skill set and you’ve shipped similar lead-driven blogs before, I’d love to see your portfolio and timeline estimate.
