Minimalist Interior Photo Editing

I need an experienced photo editor to enhance architectural interior design photos. The goal is to create a modern and minimalistic look for my portfolio.

Requirements:
- Adjust lighting and brightness
- Color correction
- Remove or add elements to achieve a clean, minimalistic aesthetic

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong eye for modern and minimalistic design
- Previous experience in editing architectural or interior design photos

This is my first time taking interior architectural photos for an architect friend. I used a 5 HDR Bracket and was hoping to have professional editing done to enhance the overall image that can be used for print and online portfolios / marketing. I have two outdoor projects and one indoors. The two outdoors are of inpatient behavioral facilities, and the indoor one is an admissions office at a local college.
