About us AAT Aroma Basmati Rice is an Indian exporter of premium 1121 and traditional Basmati rice, and we are exhibiting at SIAL Paris, [dates]. We need a professional designer to finish our stall graphics from concepts we have already approved.
What you will design

Approved layout mock-ups for all four panels, with final copy.
The logo (PDF; a vector version will be provided).
Product pack photos, a plant photo and the company brochure.
Colour palette: cream #F5ECDC, maroon #7A1F2B, green #1F4D2E, gold #C9962E.
Content to feature
Track record: 20+ years in Basmati; exporting to 40+ countries.
Plant: 24 ha (60 acres), Bühler machinery, 600 MT milled per day.
Awards: Niryat Shree Award, 4 Star Export House, National MSME Award.
Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, BRC Food, FDA, APEDA, ZED Gold.
Buyer concerns to answer: quality, pricing and supply reliability.
Design rules
A light, clean, premium look with plenty of space: no clutter and no paragraphs.
One headline per panel, readable from 3 m within 3 seconds.
Icons instead of text wherever possible.
Important content above 1 m height, because the counter and people block the lower part.
Real photography only, no AI-generated images of people or the plant.
High-quality images of rice grain and cooked rice (licensed stock is fine; include the source).
Technical requirements
CMYK, sized exactly to the panel dimensions above.
50 mm bleed on every side and a 100 mm safe margin.
150 dpi minimum at full print size (300 dpi for the counter).
Fonts outlined, and the vector logo used.
Colours checked for backlit printing: backlighting washes out light tones, so keep enough contrast.
Deliverables
Refined mock-ups of all four panels (JPG/PDF preview).
One round of revisions.
Final press-ready PDF for each panel.
Editable source files: CorelDRAW (.CDR) and AI or PSD, with all linked images.
Timeline

Two things to consider before you post:
Timeline: 3–5 hours is very tight for four print-ready panels with a revision round, so fewer freelancers will bid. Because the concepts are already approved, 5 hours is realistic; 3 is risky.
Resolution: your post said 300 dpi. At full size a 2.9 m wall at 300 dpi is a very large file, and printers normally use 100–150 dpi for backlit fabric. Keeping "150 dpi at full size" avoids files that are too heavy to send. Confirm with your printer
