Minimalist Brand Recognition Logo Design

So I had someone start on this but I'm not quite happy with it .. I'm looking for someone that would be willing to expand or start from scratch. Ieed a clean, minimalist logo that instantly signals my brand. The goal is straightforward: create a mark people will remember and associate with my business at a glance. I already have a specific colors in mind as well as business name.

My idea is a high heel that is a beer tap pouring stars and my business colors are hot pink emerald green and gold.
