Minimalist Biotech Whitepaper Layout

I have a 4-k-word whitepaper on scientific due diligence for biotech investments that needs a clean, publication-ready layout. The audience is venture capital partners and research scientists, so I want the design to stay strictly minimal—no decorative graphics, just disciplined typography and space. We have a company CI as an overall style guide which will be provided.

Scope
• 3 chapters, each ending with a boxed-with-border “Key Take-Away” section.
• 5 embedded figures - concept is done but they need a consistent look
• A numbered-section table of contents on page 1.
• A reference table formatted to the standards of peer-reviewed journals (grid style, hanging indents where appropriate).
• Final length should remain close to 4,000 words, including the references and ToC.

Deliverables

2. Editable source file (Adobe InDesign, LaTeX, or fully styled Word—whichever you prefer).
3. All fonts and linked assets packaged.

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent margins, heading hierarchy, and figure captions.
• Key-take-away boxes visually discrete yet aligned with the minimalist aesthetic.
• Colour scheme according to the provided CI guidelines unless required for a figure.
• File passes a quick pre-press check (bleed, resolution, fonts embedded).
