I’m preparing to launch our new app and need a clean, 2-D intro animation that carries a minimalistic look, runs somewhere between ten and twenty seconds, and ends with a sharp logo reveal. Immediately after that I want a short showreel that smoothly highlights the app’s user interface and a couple of its core features so viewers understand what makes it special the moment they see it.
The flow I have in mind is straightforward: a few abstract shapes or lines set the tone, group of abstract characters, transition into subtle hints of the UI, and then pull out to a final lock-up on the logo. Timing, pacing, and on-brand colour choices are key—no over-the-top flourishes, just smart motion design.
Deliverables:
• HD or 4K video file (MP4/ProRes)
• Source project (After Effects or equivalent) with organised layers
• Separate audio track if music or SFX are used
I’ll supply brand guidelines, UI screens, and feature copy once we start. Let me know your proposed approach, timeline, and any relevant samples of minimalist motion work you’ve done.
