Mini Task Marketplace Development

I want to build a streamlined “₹100 task” marketplace where anyone can quickly post small jobs and let interested workers apply. The focus is on Online tasks like data entry, research, and writing; no local errands or complex field work for this first release. After a task is posted, the task poster chooses a worker from applications rather than relying on first-come claims or automatic matching, so an application queue and simple profile view are essential.

Core flow I need:
• User registration with basic profile and wallet balance
• Task creation limited to a flat ₹100 reward, with title, description, deadline, and file attachment
• Application list showing each worker’s short bio and rating, with an “Assign” button that releases the task to just one person
• Proof-of-work upload, review, and payment release once the poster approves

Please build the MVP as a responsive web app (PHP/Laravel or Node/Express are both fine; MySQL preferred) and keep the code clean so features like dispute handling or multiple price tiers can be added later. A short README and SQL dump will be enough for deployment.

I’ll consider the job complete when I can:
1. Spin up the project on my server with one command
2. Post a task, see it appear publicly, receive at least one worker application, assign the worker, and release payment after approving the submission
