Minecraft Stream-Proof Overlay

The goal is to create an external overlay for Minecraft Java 1.8.9 (would be awesome if it supports 1.8.9 as well as the latest version but that's not a priority, 1.8 is) that runs on Windows and remains completely invisible to Discord screen-share and Windows Game Bar recordings while adding no perceptible latency. Because it lives outside of the game’s memory space, it must never trip basic anti-cheat checks or appear in captured footage, yet still render in real-time on my own screen.
Core functionality:
• Stream-proof, zero-latency overlay (top priority)
• Visual mods (I'll specify once we contact)
• Item and chest/storage tracking
• Minimalist, key-toggleable GUI that blends with the vanilla look
Technical notes:
– External overlay approach preferred; however, access to the game's memory is okay as long as injectability is implemented securely without interfering with gameplay.
– Windows is the sole target platform.
– Open-source snippets, skids, or AI-generated helpers are welcome as long as the final codebase is tidy and readable.
– Any language or graphics API that delivers smooth, flicker-free rendering is fine (many lean on C++/DirectX 11, but I’m flexible).
Deliverables:
1. A compiled build I can run immediately for testing.
2. Full, well-commented source code with build instructions so I can tweak or extend the client later.
I’ll supply additional implementation details by DM once we agree to proceed and confirm the timeline.
