I run daily TikTok lock-out bingo streams where viewers’ donations fire off timed commands—anything from instant nukes and mass wither spawns to full inventory wipes. I now want players to download a single mod (or plugin) that faithfully re-enacts every one of those events, in the exact order and at the exact timestamps that happened live, on any 26.2 Minecraft instance.

Here is what I need built:

• The mod reads a simple log or data file that I export after each show. That file lists each command with the millisecond it was triggered.
• When a player loads the plugin a random seed specific 5 × 5 Lock-out Bingo should appear, your code replays every command automatically, including bingo resets, mob spawns, inventory clears, withers, tnt spawns and nukes—everything—so their run mirrors my stream precisely.
• Creative mode, operator commands and /give must be blocked for all non-ops while the replay is active.
• A clear on-screen “Bingo Completed – Prize Eligible” message (or similar) appears once the final square is locked, so I can attach cash prizes with confidence.
• The solution must sit happily either beside the existing Lock-out Bingo mod or a new bingo mod from scratch; either Forge, neo forge or Fabric, underpinning is up to you as long as a 26.2 client can just drop the jar in and press play.
• I will hand over every mod I already use and can record a sample stream so you can test edge-cases like triple resets or hundreds of simultaneous mobs.

Acceptance criteria
1. A compiled jar that runs on a clean 26.2 profile with Lock-out Bingo installed.
2. Source code and build instructions.
3. A sample log file plus a short video proving that the re-enacted run matches the original stream frame-for-frame.
4. No creative/command exploits are possible during the game phase.
