Military-Themed Cartoon Painting (Need Delivered by 31 Jan 27)

I'm seeking a talented artist to create a military retirement painting in a cartoonish style. The Mario Kart-inspired painting should depict:
- Karts designed in line with the U-28, King Air 350 (BE 350), and the CN-235 with gray paint schemes
- Kart drivers to wear helmets that resemble the Green Bay Packers, the Milawuakee Brewers and the Milawuakee Bucks logos and color schemes
- Painting to include course selection map near the top (see attached AI rendering for themes/names)
- Hidden gems to include chicken tenders, Sherlock Hemlock, Famous Amos cookies, and the mini cans of the energy drink Rip It.
- Top needs to reflect "SMSgt Ryan A. Wenthur, 6 April 2006 - 1 July 2027" and the Chief Career Enlisted Aviator wings (US Air Force) (depicted in the AI rendering)

Key details:
- Aircraft to include: U-28, King Air 350 (BE350), CN-235 as karts (images attached for inspo)
- Preferred dimensions: 20"x30" to 24"x36", but open to larger sizes
- Any medium is acceptable (oil, acrylic, watercolor, or pencil)
- Experience in cartoon-style paintings is a plus

Additional details:
The AI image attached "Course Selection_Karts_Name_Badge" integrated a lot of details about the Air Force (blue background, hangars, tower, extra aircraft) that ARE NOT necessary, honestly don't want them. Recommend having the Kart Drivers on what appears to be a runway surrounded by Afghanistan mountains (or something that looks like mountains).

Open to any recommendations from the artist on how to improve the rendering (I'm not a creative).

Thank you for helping me make a great retirement gift for my friend.
