Milan Business Trip Personal Assistant

Personal assistant for a business trip to Milan. Will need to take care of logistics. Get me to the rigt place at the rigt time. Be able to do basic admin tasks like collecting and organizing contat list. Possibility of accompanying me to events like textile care facilities or presentation events. Basically as needed.
