Mid Level Network Engineer Recruiter

I need a recruiter who lives and breathes technical hiring and is comfortable zeroing in on mid-level network engineers. My current pipeline is thin, so I’m counting on you to quickly source, screen, and present qualified candidates who can keep complex enterprise networks running smoothly.

Here’s what success looks like from my side:
• A short-list (minimum three) of fully-vetted, mid-level network engineers ready for interview within three weeks
• Clear candidate summaries outlining technical strengths, salary expectations, and earliest start dates
• Weekly progress updates so I can see how the search is tracking against milestones

You already know the usual toolset—LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, ATS platforms—and you have your own reliable talent network in the networking space. If you happen to uncover adjacent talent such as systems or security engineers in the process, I’m open to hearing about them, but the primary focus must remain on network engineers with two to five years’ hands-on experience.
