Mid-Level Auto Insurance Closer

I’m looking for a proven closer who can step straight into our auto insurance team and start turning qualified prospects into satisfied policyholders. You’ll receive a steady stream of warm leads generated by our marketing engine; your job is to guide each prospect through the quotation, underwriting, and policy-binding steps until the sale is firmly on the books.

I expect you to bring solid mid-level experience—enough to navigate objections confidently, explain coverage options in plain language, and keep compliance top of mind without slowing the conversation. You should already be comfortable with typical sales tech stacks (think CRM software, e-signature tools, dialers, and screen-share platforms) and know the basics of state insurance regulations.

Key deliverables:
• Consistently hit agreed-upon monthly targets for bound auto policies
• Maintain accurate, real-time notes in our CRM so the service team can follow up seamlessly
• Provide brief end-of-day summaries highlighting wins, hurdles, and any additional support you need
