Microsoft 365-Style Employee Security Awareness Portal

We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a Microsoft 365/Office-style employee login and security-awareness portal for an authorized internal security exercise.

Scope

The developer will:

Create a professional Microsoft 365/Office-inspired login interface using our approved branding.
Implement legitimate employee authentication through Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft identity authentication (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect).
Use secure application session cookies to keep authenticated users signed in.
Do not collect, store, or transmit Microsoft account passwords.
Do not capture Microsoft authentication cookies, session tokens, refresh tokens, or MFA codes.
After authentication, return employees to our internal awareness portal.
Record appropriate non-sensitive simulation data, such as:
Employee/company email address
Email domain classification
Login/visit timestamp
Whether the employee completed the awareness exercise
Classify domains into categories such as:
Company account
Personal account
Other/unknown
Provide an administrator dashboard for authorized personnel to review the simulation results.
Deploy the application to our cPanel/server environment where appropriate.
Follow secure development practices, including access controls, HTTPS, input validation, and secure session management.
Security Requirements

This is an authorized internal security-awareness project.

The application must not harvest or expose employee passwords, Microsoft authentication cookies, MFA codes, session tokens, or other reusable credentials.

Authentication should be handled by Microsoft's official identity platform, with our application receiving only the identity information and authorization data necessary for the portal to function.

Freelancer Qualifications
