Microsoft 365 Setup Consultation

I’m launching a small business with two Windows desktops and one Windows laptop and I want everything running smoothly from day one. I already have a Microsoft 365 subscription and need an expert to walk me through, over a phone call or a quick Teams meeting, how to:

• Create and configure the business-grade email accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Set up user profiles on each Windows device, applying the right access and security policies
• Verify that Outlook and the other Office apps synchronise flawlessly across all three machines
• Share best-practice tips on basic security (MFA, password policies) so I start off on the right foot

The session should end with all three devices signed in with their new accounts, email sending and receiving without issues, and me confident I can add future users on my own. Remote screen-share is fine; I just need clear, patient guidance and a checklist I can refer back to afterwards.
