I have a fresh Microsoft 365 tenant that now needs to be fully configured in the Admin Center. The priorities are clear:
• Build out all user accounts and corresponding mailboxes, making sure licenses are assigned correctly and every new user can sign in on day one.
• Apply security and access rules—MFA, sensible password policies, and any recommended conditional-access settings—to keep the environment tight from the start.
• Complete the core mail setup and then roll out a unified email-signature solution so every outbound message carries the same, professionally branded footer.
