Micro-Affiliate Influencer Program Setup

I’m building a tightly-focused micro-affiliate influencer program and I need someone who can handle every moving part from strategy through payout. That means:

• Marketing research that drills down to our exact target audience demographics so we know which creators will resonate and which offers will convert.
• Sourcing, vetting, and recruiting niche influencers on social channels—primarily Instagram and YouTube; all social media interested in supplying self-reliant power using lithium iron phosphate LiFePO4 battery (for RV and Van Dwellers, off-grid living, motor boating and other recreational events, contruction use, natural emergencies that cause massive prolonged power outages, or for daily use) —then guiding them through a professional onboarding flow.
• Configuring GoAffPro end-to-end: setting up tracking links, commission tiers, coupon codes, and custom dashboards; importing and maintaining clean affiliate data; and integrating everything with our Big Commerce store.
• Overseeing day-to-day program health, including communication with creators, compliance checks, and performance optimisation.
• Managing the master PayPal payout process so affiliates are paid accurately and on time, with clear reporting for finance.

If you have a track record of launching or scaling similar programs, can demonstrate deep GoAffPro know-how, and are comfortable owning PayPal mass-payouts, I’d love to hear how you would tackle this from week one through steady-state management.
