I’m building a long-term, cross-border operation and need a reliable partner who is physically based in Mexico to source local talent on an ongoing basis. Your core mission is to identify, screen, and present strong candidates who live in the country and fit the evolving needs of our projects.

Here’s how I see the cooperation working:

• You leverage your local network, job boards, and professional groups to locate qualified applicants.
• You conduct the first round of vetting—checking background, language ability, and cultural fit—then forward only the best matches.
• For each position, you provide a concise dossier: résumé, verification notes, and your personal assessment.
• Once a hire is made, you stay in touch with both the candidate and me to ensure a smooth start and collect feedback.

Compensation is a mix of a one-time success fee per hire plus a monthly retainer so you’re rewarded for both immediate wins and consistent pipeline building. I’m flexible on the exact figures; let’s discuss what feels fair based on scope and volume.

To move forward, tell me briefly about your recruiting experience in Mexico, any industries or roles you specialise in, and how quickly you can deliver an initial shortlist once a job description is supplied.
