Mexico E-Commerce Admin & Consulting Support

I need a reliable partner based in Mexico to handle day-to-day administrative tasks for my online business and to stay on call for ongoing consulting. Because many of the procedures involve local regulations, only freelancers who are physically living in the country and are Mexican residents will be considered.

What you will help me with
Most of the workload will revolve around basic store administration—typically order processing, customer service follow-ups, and keeping inventory records tidy. On top of that, I’ll look to you for periodic advice on matters such as legal compliance, marketing ideas, or even the occasional technical hiccup, depending on where you feel strongest. The store itself may sit on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or a similar platform; the exact stack is still flexible, so please highlight any tools you already know well.

Engagement structure
• One-time onboarding service fee to get everything in order.
• Recurring monthly retainer for continued consulting and light admin work.
