I lead an overseas company that plans to build a steady pipeline of collaborations in Mexico, and I need someone who actually lives there to act as my on-the-ground liaison. Your primary mission is to find, screen, and match local residents who meet the criteria I will provide, then shepherd each prospect through the introductory steps until a cooperation agreement is signed.
For every case that closes successfully you receive a fixed payment, and once our workflow is running smoothly there is an additional monthly service fee to keep you engaged as the local point of contact. All terms are agreed in writing before we start.
Because face-to-face rapport is often decisive, this opportunity is open only to people currently residing in Mexico. Fluent Spanish is essential; clear written English is highly valued because reports and calls with me will be in English. A strong personal network and the persistence to follow up are more important than any single industry pedigree, though familiarity with technology, manufacturing, or hospitality environments will certainly help you understand our prospects faster.
When you reply, please let me know where in Mexico you are based, a brief outline of any recruiting or business-development experience you have, and how soon you could start. I look forward to forging a long-term partnership that benefits us both.
