Mexico-Based E-Commerce Virtual Assistant Needed

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who currently resides in Mexico to provide local e‑commerce administrative and consulting support for our cross‑border business.

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide local consultation for Mexican marketplace platform operation rules, policy inquiries and process guidance.
2. Assist with online form‑filling, document sorting, local market information collection and data entry tasks.
3. Provide Spanish‑English written communication support with local platform customer service when needed.
4. Complete other short‑term online administrative assignments as required.

Requirements:
1. Must be physically located in Mexico. Freelancers from other countries will NOT be considered.
2. Fluent written Spanish, basic English reading ability for work communication.
3. Prior working experience in Mercado Libre or other Mexican e‑commerce platforms is a big plus.
4. Reliable internet connection, quick response, able to finish assigned tasks on schedule.
