Mexico-Based E-Commerce Assistance

I run an online retail operation that is expanding into the Mexican market and I need a dependable partner who actually lives in Mexico to handle the parts of the job that simply can’t be done from abroad. You would become my on-the-ground contact for everything local—confirming suppliers, coordinating with couriers, receiving or forwarding samples, and giving real-time insight into how products, prices and promotions resonate with Mexican shoppers.

Day-to-day responsibilities will shift as new products and campaigns roll out, but solid Spanish skills, fast internet, a working phone line and the ability to act quickly when a shipment or supplier question pops up are non-negotiable. I prefer someone available during standard Mexican business hours so we can solve issues in real time.
