Meta/Facebook/Instagram Campaign for iOS Golf App

I’m looking for a Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads specialist to run a small test campaign for an iOS golf app called Linkside.

The app helps golfers organize tee times, invite friends, track RSVPs, chat with the group, and manage golf rounds without messy group texts.

I do not need generic Instagram follower growth. I need someone with experience running app install or app promotion campaigns for iOS apps.

Scope:

* Review current app/install funnel
* Set up or advise on Meta app promotion campaign structure
* Help confirm tracking/attribution requirements
* Launch a small-budget Instagram/Facebook test campaign
* Test 3–5 ad creatives/hooks
* Report cost per install and, ideally, cost per activated user
* Recommend what to scale or kill

Ideal experience:

* Meta Ads Manager
* iOS app install campaigns
* App events / SKAN / attribution basics
* Creative testing for mobile apps
* Small-budget startup campaigns

This is a fixed initial test project, not a large agency retainer. Please include examples of app install campaigns you’ve run, approximate cost-per-install ranges you’ve achieved, and the first 3 tests you would run for a golf app.
