I need help opening a fresh WhatsApp Business API account directly under Meta, keeping the onboarding completely organic (no BSP middlemen). The goal is simple: once the number is approved and live, my website must be able to send and receive standard text messages through the official API.
Key steps and deliverables:
• Guide me through Facebook Business verification and phone-number registration until the account is fully approved.
• Generate the permanent access token, set up Webhooks, and confirm that incoming and outgoing text messages work from my website’s backend (PHP).
• Provide concise documentation of each action taken so I can maintain the connection long-term.
Only text messaging is required for now—no media or document handling—so the configuration can stay lean. If you have already completed Meta’s embedded signup flow for other clients, that experience will be valuable here.
