Meta Instagram App Review Expert

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help prepare and support our Meta App Review submission for a chatbot platform, particularly Instagram messaging.

All submissions will be made by us, with your preparation, guidance, and live assistance. We will retain control of our Meta accounts and app.

Scope of work

* Review our app configuration, chatbot use cases, requested permissions, and any previous rejection feedback.
* Confirm the exact permissions and access levels required for our integration.
* Identify missing prerequisites, including any applicable business or Tech Provider access verification requirements.
* Prepare submission answers, permission justifications, screencast, reviewer instructions, and testing steps.
* Help prepare and validate screencasts, test accounts, and demonstrations.
* Guide us through the submission during a screen-sharing session.
* Analyze Meta’s feedback and prepare corrections for resubmission.
* Provide a final handover documenting the approved permissions and any ongoing requirements.

If technical changes are needed, provide clear instructions for our development team. Significant development work must be quoted separately before work begins.

Required experience and evidence

You must have personally supported successful Instagram messaging App Review approvals.

Please provide at least two examples, including:

* Approval date and approved permissions.
* Your specific role in preparing and securing the approval.
* Any rejection reasons you resolved.

General Meta advertising, Business Manager, or WhatsApp setup experience alone is insufficient for this project.

Deadlines cover your work. Time awaiting Meta’s review, our documents, or development fixes is excluded. Any blocker must be reported promptly with the required next action.

Resubmissions included

Your fixed fee must include:

* One initial submission.
* Three resubmission rounds, including revised answers, reviewer instructions, screencasts where needed, and guided submission assistance.
* Clarification responses related to those submissions.

If an included submission is still awaiting Meta’s decision at that point, support for that round must continue through the response and its analysis. Additional rounds require a separately agreed price.

Payment structure

Please quote these separately:

1. Fixed fee: Paid against accepted deliverables—25% for the audit and the complete initial submission package and guided submission, and 75% after approval or completion of the included support scope.
2. Success fee: Paid only after Meta approves all permissions and access levels agreed in the initial audit, confirmed in our own App Dashboard.

Partial approval does not trigger the success fee. Accepted fixed-fee deliverables remain payable regardless of Meta’s decision.

We understand that Meta makes the final decision. We are looking for proven experience, accurate preparation, and responsive support throughout the review process.
