We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads / Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to promote our gift-card exchange service.

Our target audience includes:

* People in the US who legitimately own unused gift cards
* Indian users looking for legitimate ways to resell/exchange eligible gift cards
* Users searching for gift-card resale and exchange services
* Customers interested in cash pickup, bank/wire transfer and supported international payment options, where legally and operationally available

Main Objective

Generate high-quality leads and genuine customers, not just clicks or impressions.

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising
* Google Search Ads
* Audience research and targeting
* Keyword research
* Ad copy and creative recommendations
* Landing-page recommendations
* Conversion tracking
* Pixel/GA4 setup and optimization
* Retargeting campaigns
* A/B testing
* Weekly performance reporting
* Cost-per-lead and customer acquisition optimization

Target Markets

Primary: USA
Secondary: India and selected international markets where the service can legally operate.

Important Compliance Requirements

We only want legitimate transactions involving legitimately obtained gift cards.

The marketing strategy must not target or encourage:

* Stolen/fraudulent gift cards
* Account takeovers
* Gift-card scams
* Money laundering
* Fake identities or fraudulent transactions
* Misleading “guaranteed cash” claims

The freelancer must also ensure that advertising complies with the applicable Meta/Google advertising policies and local laws.
