# Meta Business Support Specialist – Instagram Account Recovery

We are seeking an experienced Meta/Instagram support specialist to assist with recovering access to our **business-owned Instagram account through official Meta recovery and verification procedures**.

Our team currently cannot log in because Instagram repeatedly displays the message: "Log in from a device you've used before."

**What we have access to:**
- Full administrative access to our associated Facebook Page and Meta Business Suite
- The Instagram account's registered email address and phone number
- Working email and SMS verification codes

**What we've already tried:**
- Password resets across multiple devices
- Logging in from previously used devices and locations
- Reconnecting Instagram through Meta Business Suite and Facebook
- Alternative login methods

**What we need:**

A specialist with proven experience resolving Instagram business account authentication and recovery issues through Meta's official support channels.

The specialist should assist us with:

1. Identifying the appropriate Meta account recovery and identity verification procedures.
2. Preparing and submitting necessary support requests or documentation with our authorization.
3. Guiding our team through restoring account access.
4. Verifying the account's connection to our Facebook Page and Meta Business Suite.
5. Providing recommendations for securing the account and preventing future login issues.

**When applying, please include:**
- Your experience resolving similar Instagram business account issues
- The official Meta support or recovery procedures you recommend
- Your estimated timeline and project cost

We are the legitimate business account owners and can provide ownership verification. All work must follow Meta's authorized account recovery procedures.

We are ready to hire immediately and prefer someone with direct experience handling this specific login issue.
