Meta App Developer for SaaS Platform

Need Complete Meta App – Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp + Tech Provider + Meta Verification

I am looking for an experienced Meta developer/provider who can deliver a complete, production-ready Meta setup for my SaaS platform.

I am open to either:

* An existing approved Meta App that can be officially transferred to my Business Portfolio — preferred because it may be faster
* Or a new Meta App if you can complete all required approvals and setup

What I Need

The app must support:

Facebook

* Facebook Pages connection
* Messenger
* Page messages
* Comments
* Page management
* Facebook Ads / Marketing API functionality
* Required Advanced Access permissions

Instagram

* Instagram Business account connection
* Instagram Direct Messages

* WhatsApp Embedded Signup
* WhatsApp Tech Provider setup/status

The main goal is that my SaaS customers can easily connect their:

* Facebook Pages
* Instagram Business accounts
* WhatsApp Business accounts

to my platform.

Meta Business Verification

I already have my own Meta Business Portfolio.

It is currently under review, but I need the final setup to include successful Meta Business Verification and all necessary Meta approvals required for production use.

WhatsApp Tech Provider

This is very important.

I specifically need the proper WhatsApp Tech Provider setup/status, so my SaaS platform can onboard and connect customers’ WhatsApp Business Accounts through Meta’s official infrastructure and Embedded Signup.

I am not only looking for WhatsApp API access for my own business.

This is a SaaS platform that will allow multiple customer businesses to connect their own accounts.

Ownership

At completion:

* The Meta App must be fully under my Business Portfolio
* I must have full ownership/control
* No rented app
* No rented Business Manager
* No temporary access
* No admin-only access
* No dependency on the seller after delivery

If you offer an existing app, it must be eligible for official transfer to my Business Portfolio.

Deliverable

I only need you to deliver the completed Meta setup and approvals.

You do not need to integrate the APIs into my SaaS application. My development team will handle the integration.
