Meta API Automated Messaging System Comment to DM

want to build our own platform where users can:
Register/Login on our platform
Connect their Facebook Page and Instagram account
Select/connect their Facebook or Instagram posts
Add a unique link against each individual post
Set a keyword such as “LINK”
When someone comments “LINK” on that specific post, the system should detect the comment
Identify the exact Post ID / Instagram Media ID
Fetch the corresponding link from our database
Automatically send the relevant link to the user's DM/Messenger
Track all comments, messages and activities through our dashboard

→ Link B
Instagram Post C
→ Link C
If someone comments “LINK” on Post B:
Comment → Meta Webhook → Identify Post B → Fetch Link B → Send Link B via DM
The same keyword can be used across thousands of posts, but the system must always send the correct link associated with that specific post.
