Meta Ads Setup & Management

My friend run a legally authorised lottery business in West Bengal and want to scale customer acquisition through Meta platforms. Your job will be to plan, launch and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns that rely exclusively on engaging video creatives. Each ad must redirect prospects to WhatsApp, stay fully compliant with Meta’s advertising policies for lottery content and include any required legal disclaimers or approvals before going live.

Scope of work
• Structure and launch fresh campaigns, ad sets and ads.
• Craft or edit short-form video creatives when needed (I can supply raw footage).
• Target audiences primarily by interests and behaviours; fine-tune these segments as data comes in.
• Monitor performance daily, adjust budgets, bids and creatives, and report weekly on key KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, leads to WhatsApp, ROAS).
