We’re an established Australian ecommerce brand selling high-AOV home improvement products and are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to act as a consultant/coach.
We are NOT looking for an agency or someone to manage our account.
We manage our Meta Ads in-house. We want someone to meet with us via Zoom for approximately 30 minutes weekly or fortnightly to review the account together and help us make informed optimisation decisions.
During sessions, we’d like to review:
Performance across 14-day, 7-day and recent windows
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, ATC, checkout, reach & frequency
Which ads should be scaled, held, paused or refreshed
Creative performance and fatigue
Campaign structure and audiences
Where drop-offs are occurring through the funnel
What new creative we should test based on the data
Our products are high AOV with a longer consideration period, so experience with high-AOV ecommerce or considered purchases is important. We don’t want decisions made purely from short attribution windows or a few days of data.
We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, understands Meta deeply and can teach us how to read and optimise our own account, rather than simply taking it over.
Bonus: Experience with Pinterest Ads would be highly regarded. We currently advertise on Pinterest as well, so ideally we’d love someone who can also review our Pinterest performance and provide optimisation and creative guidance across both platforms.
This will be an ongoing engagement for the right person.
