Meta Ads Specialist for E-commerce Pet Store - Facebook & Instagram Campaign Management

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our e-commerce pet store.

This role is focused on paid advertising performance, not general social media management.

We already plan to work with a separate creative/content person who will prepare videos, Reels, visuals and content concepts. Your role will be to manage the Meta Ads account, test creatives, optimize campaigns, give feedback on what type of creatives we need, and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

* Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
* Set up, monitor and optimize Meta campaigns
* Work with provided creatives, videos, Reels and visuals
* Recommend new creative angles, hooks and offers based on campaign data
* Test audiences, creatives, placements and campaign structures
* Manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns
* Optimize for sales, ROAS, CAC, CPA and profitable growth
* Review Pixel, CAPI, events, catalog and tracking setup if needed
* Provide clear weekly reporting with practical recommendations

We are looking for someone who:

* Has real experience with Meta Ads for e-commerce
* Understands campaign structure, testing and scaling
* Can analyze data and explain what is working and what is not
* Can work together with a separate creative/content person
* Is honest, reliable and performance-focused
* Does not just “boost posts” but understands paid acquisition properly
