About the Role
RN Digital Click is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on lead generation.
We need someone who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and report campaigns while focusing on lead quality and CPL.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns
• Run Lead Generation, WhatsApp, and Conversion campaigns
• Conduct audience research and targeting
• Test creatives and ad copies
• Optimize and scale campaigns
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and lead quality
• Manage retargeting and Lookalike Audiences
• Work with Meta Pixel and Events Manager
• Provide weekly performance reports
• Provide actionable campaign recommendations
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred
• Proven experience in lead generation
• Experience with local and service-based businesses
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
