Meta Ads for Wellness Events

I’m preparing a series of large-scale wellness gatherings across North America—think community runs, immersive workshops, and lively brand activations—and I need a Meta ads specialist to fill every venue. The sole metric of success is higher attendance, so every campaign decision must point toward ticket sales and sign-ups.

Here’s what I already have: event schedules, landing pages with integrated pixels, an email nurture sequence, and a modest library of photo/video assets. What I’m missing—and why I’m posting here—is a data-driven media plan, compelling ad creative, and ongoing optimisation tailored to an adult audience that’s health-conscious yet time-poor.

You would:

• Map out a full-funnel Meta strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion) aimed specifically at adults in the U.S. and Canada.
• Create—or polish—static, carousel, and short-form video ads that spotlight the energy of our runs and hands-on workshop vibe.
• Structure campaigns in Ads Manager, incorporating retargeting and look-alike audiences drawn from past attendee data and site traffic.
• Monitor daily, report weekly, and tweak budgets, placements, and creative to keep cost-per-acquisition sliding downward.

I’ll grant you full pixel, catalogue, and Business Manager access on day one; you just bring the expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads, Audience Insights, and analytics tools like Ads Reporting or Supermetrics.

Once we agree on the final strategy, the initial deliverables will be:

1. Media plan (channels, objectives, spend allocation).
2. Three ad sets per event theme, each with at least two creatives.
3. A tracking dashboard outlining KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, and—most importantly—registrations.
