Meta Ads for Sydney Homeowners

**Title:** Meta (Facebook) ad designs for a real estate start-up – no AI images

**Description:**

AgentAlert (agentalert.com.au) is an Australian start-up that helps property owners find a real estate agent without the hassle. I need a designer to create the visual design of our Meta (Facebook) ads. This job is design only. I'll handle the campaign setup and ad copy.

**The problem we solve**
When owners think about selling, they have to ring around agents, compare them and chase them, and many end up with calls they didn't want. It's time-consuming and stressful.

**Our solution**
Owners enter their street name on our website, set the price they want, and local real estate agents email them. There's no phone number needed, no ringing around, and it's free with no obligation.

**What I need**
- 3 different ad concepts, each clearly showing the problem and then our solution
- The chosen concept finished in two sizes: 1080×1080 (square) and 1080×1350 (4:5 Facebook feed)
- Short, readable on-image headline text (you can propose wording)
- Our logo and brand red (#D03129), which I'll supply
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions
- Final files as PNG/JPG, plus editable source files (PSD, AI or Figma)

**Audience**
Homeowners aged 35+ in Sydney, viewing on Facebook (mostly on mobile).

**Strict rules**
- **No AI-generated images of any kind:** no ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly or similar.
- Keep it clean and easy to read at a glance on a phone.
- Must pull the eye immediately when scrolling and make people stop

**To apply**
- Start your bid with the word "Sydney" so I know you've read this.
- Show 2–3 examples of social media ads you've designed.
- Briefly say how you'd show the problem and solution visually.
- Give your price for the full job and your delivery time.
