## Project Description

I am looking for an experienced **freelance digital marketer / Meta Ads specialist** to manage the digital marketing and social media for my travel company, **Your Next Holidays**.

We offer **domestic and international holiday packages, honeymoon packages, customized trips and destination-based travel packages** through our website and WhatsApp.

Candidates with experience in travel, tourism, holiday packages or hospitality marketing will be preferred.

I have limited knowledge of digital marketing, so I need someone who can **take ownership of the marketing activities, explain things in simple language and guide me on the right strategy**.

### Main Responsibilities

**Meta Ads & Lead Generation**

* Create, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
* Generate genuine and relevant travel leads
* Set up proper audience targeting and retargeting
* Test different audiences, creatives and offers
* Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, leads and conversions
* Recommend suitable advertising budgets
* Identify which destinations/packages should be promoted

**Social Media Management**

* Manage Instagram and Facebook
* Create original travel posts, reels and carousels
* Promote travel packages, destinations and special offers
* Maintain a professional and consistent brand image
* Prepare a monthly content strategy/calendar
* Suggest new and trending travel content ideas

**Website & Conversion**

* Review our website and suggest improvements for lead generation
* Recommend suitable landing pages and offers for campaigns
* Suggest improvements to enquiry forms and WhatsApp CTAs
* Provide basic SEO recommendations where required

**Reporting & Strategy**

* Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
* Clearly explain advertising spend, leads, CPL and campaign performance
* Suggest improvements based on results
* Help build a long-term digital marketing strategy

### Location

I am based in **Jaipur, Rajasthan**.

I strongly prefer a **Jaipur-based freelancer** so that we can have occasional in-person meetings when required.

**Jaipur-based candidates will be given preference.**

Work will primarily be remote.

### Budget

**₹7,000–₹10,000 per month**, excluding advertising spend.

The **Meta/Google advertising budget will be separate** and paid directly by me.

If the results are good, I am interested in building a **long-term working relationship** and increasing the marketing budget as the business grows.
